From January 15th to 17th, a 4-person working group of Commission for Economic Cooperation of China International Friendship Cities Association (CIFCA) headed by Li Xikui, Secretary General of CPAFFC visited Zhengzhou and Huaiyang, and inspected the status of construction of Yi Xue (image-numerology) Study and Practice Center, the preparation of 1st International Yi Xue Seminar and the progress of general aviation program.
Secretary-General Li Xikui also represented Commission for Economic Cooperation of CIFCA signed Framework Agreement on Cooperation of General Aviation Intelligence Industry with Sino-wing General Aviation Investment Management Center.
