On April 29th, President Li Xiaolin met with Lee Sae-Gie, President of the Korea-China Friendship Association.
President Li extended welcome to President Lee and indicated that the China-R.O.K. relations enjoyed a steady development at present and the leaders of two countries have kept close contacts and reached important consensuses in various areas like the people-to-people and cultural exchanges. The CPAFFC is willing to strengthen the cooperation with the Korea-China Friendship Association and make positive efforts for the development of bilateral relations. President Li also expressed sympathy to the sinking accident of the South Korean passenger ship Sewol.
President Lee thanked President Li for warm reception and briefed her on the recent work of his association as well as future cooperation projects with CPAFFC.
