On March 4, Mr. Li Jianping, vice president of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) met with Mr. OEY Toen Ping, Vice Chairman of Rotterdam Branch of Netherland China Friendship Association (VNC). Mr. Li expressed his deep appreciations for the effort VNC has made for the success of Sino-European Agricultural Seminar in the past few years. Mr. Li also briefed Mr. OEY on the celebration activities marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of CPAFFC. Mr. OEY Toen Ping introduced the election of the new council and president of VNC. The two sides discussed the potential cooperation in the fields of agriculture, health care and environment protection, both showing high expectation on the future cooperation between CPAFFC and VNC.
