On July 16th, 2013，Mme. Li Xiaolin, President of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) met with the U.S. Kansas State Governor Sam Brownback. They exchanged views on China’s development, China-US relations, sub-national cooperation between the two countries. Governor Brownback is visiting China at the invitation of the CPAFFC in an effort to strengthen collaboration with China in fields of agriculture, food safety, bioscience and education.
