On February 10th, Ms. Zhang Ruoning, Deputy Director General of the Department of European & Central Asian Affairs met with Mr. Mattias Lentz, Minister Counsellor, Head of Political Section; Mr. William Fingleton, Head of Press Section of the EU Delegation to China. The two sides exchanged views on matters related to the joint celebration of the 40th anniversary of China-EU diplomatic relations.
